The Best and Brightest?

PBS Aired a three part documentary on immigration. In one segment, the debate turns to the "best and brightest" - and the debatge about high skilled immigration.

"We don't want to suggest that there isn't always going to be a place for people who have extraordinary talent and ability. If we don't get them, somebody else will," said FAIR President Dan Stein.

"We should compete for the world's best and the brightest. But a lot of people coming in under these four-year degree H-1B programs do not possess skills that aren't substitutes for available American talent."
