DREAM Act May Be Part of Democratic Platform "In an appeal to Latino voters, three Senate candidates in the Southwest are urging the Democratic National Convention to adopt as part of the party platform support for the bill to help some undocumented immigrants who came here as children attain citizenship. Rep.
