Border Patrol Responds to Public After Las Vegas Bus Co. Raids Border Patrol representatives at a public forum in Las Vegas said that they targeted Hispanic-owned transportation companies for raids last month because of their involvement in smuggling illegal immigrants. The forum was organized by Sen. Harry Reid; Reid staffers turned away media seeking to cover the event saying that it was by invitation only, and that an illegal-alien supporter who had sent out news releases about the event was not authorized to do so. |
