50 Page Rap Sheet Not Enough to Get One Woman Deported

Shoumin Chai, a Chinese national recently caught running an ATM theft scam, has a 50 page rap sheet and has been in and out of jail in the U.S. for years. Finally, in 2008 she recieved a deportation order but was released while she appealed it, and continued her crime spree in the U.S.
