AZ Charter School Educating Mexican Children

Arizona taxpayers may have paid at least $300,000 to educate nonresident students from Mexico attending a public charter school in Douglas, AZ. A videotape - posted on the Arizona Department of Education's Web site - shows students who live in Agua Prieta, Mexico, being driven to the Omega Alpha Academy charter school across the border in Douglas. Effects of Illegal Immigration on California Becoming Clearer

Native American Tribe Wants Stricter Control on Immigration

Will Georgia End "Birthright Citizenship"?

While automatic birthright citizenship is enshrined in the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, a Georgia candidate for governor has proposed changing the long-standing federal policy that automatically grants citizenship to any baby born on U.S. soil.
