Immigration a Hot Topic in Kansas Secretary of State Contest "Law professor Kris Kobach helped write the controversial new Arizona law targeting illegal immigrants. He argues the state needs to require all voters to show an ID at the polls. Even though the secretary of state isn't a law enforcement position, Kobach has volunteered to prosecute any cases of voting fraud," notes the Kansas City Star in a story on the state's Secretary of State election, where Kobach is a candidate. |
