DHS Report Says Illegal Alien Population Fell The DHS has issued a new report that estimates the illegal alien population fell by about 1 million. This is the 2nd year that government estimates of the number of illegal aliens has declined. "Advocates for reduced immigration said the findings show the country can shrink the population of illegal immigrants without simply legalizing them. Immigration advocates say enforcement alone is neither practical, affordable nor humane over the long run," the Washington Post writes. |
