Reverse Remittances on the Rise; Money Flows to Unemployed Immigrants in U.S.


The New York Times covered the growing phenomenon of 'reverse remittances' - payments coming to the U.S. from abroad. "Some down-and-out Mexican families are scraping together what they can to support their unemployed loved ones in the United States," the paper noted.
