Attorney Who Falsified Labor Applications Guilty Sai Hyun Lee, a Duluth, Minnesota lawyer, pled guilty to falsifying a labor certification to get her client legal status. Lee charged $25,000 to put the client's name on an application for someone else that had been approved. |
