Mass. Gov. Wants Amnesty, In-State Tuition


Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick instructed state department heads to prepare a plan to assist immigrants in the Bay State in assimilating. The order comes after a task force made recommendations to the Governor for more English classes, as well as in-state tuition and drivers' licenses for illegal immigrants.
