Grassley Takes DHS to Task for Slow H-1B Fraud Probes


Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA) has sent another letter to the DHS about the H-1B program. Grassley notes that since last year, the DHS has begun to investigate H-1B fraud, but he notes that despite the new investigations, actual prosecutions are lagging. "It's important that the work of USCIS fraud detection agents is not ignored, and that employers who violate our immigration system are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law," Grassley wrote.
