Agriprocessors Plant Manager Says He Never Intended to Break the Law Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin testified in court yesterday that he never willfully broke federal immigration law when hiring hundreds of illegal aliens to work at the Agriprocessors meat packing plant in Postville, Iowa. Rubashkin was testifying in a trial focusing on financial fraud charges; his trial on immigration charges will follow this one. |
