Obama Administration Changes HIV Travel Policy President Obama announced he will end the travel and immigration ban on HIV-positive people during the signing for the Ryan White Act which funds HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention. "Obama said the ban was 'rooted in fear rather than fact,'" The Hill newspaper reported. |
