Thai Restaurant Owner Cooked Up Marriage Fraud Varee Bradford pled guilty to conspiring to commit marriage fraud by paying individuals to enter into sham marriages. Bradford owns the "Thai Ginger" restaurants in Seattle, Washington. U.S. citizens entering into the fraudulent marriages were paid $20,000. |
