Report Points to ICE Failures With Informants The AP investigated ICE operations using informants and came away with instances of misconduct including covering up crimes from smuggling to murder, as well as improper relationships with informants. Miguel Contreras, who worked for Customs/ICE for years, and also filed whistleblower suits, has written before about ICE management's problems at the Narco News site. |
