Frederick County, MD, Wants Count of Illegal Alien Students "Commissioners Charles Jenkins and John L. Thompson Jr. and Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins introduced a plan to force the Frederick County Board of Education to provide commissioners with a count of students whose legal presence in the country cannot be reasonably determined," the Frederick News-Post reported. The count would then be used to determine the overall burden of illegal alien students on Frederick County, where roughly half of the budget goes to education. |
