New Podcast - FAIR Debunks Myths Surrounding Gutierrez Amnesty Bill

Listen in as FAIR's Government Relations (GR) team discusses a recent amnesty rally on Capitol Hill, as well as the release of Representative Luis Gutierrez's (D-IL) outline of "core principles" of an amnesty bill, which he intends to introduce in Congress later this year. Specifically, the GR team talks about how the Gutierrez bill would grant amnesty to an overwhelming majority of the approximately 12 million illegal aliens in the United States, and how this amnesty would only act to encourage more illegal immigration. Finally, the GR team breaks down Rep. Gutierrez's proposal to vastly increase legal immigration and discusses a recent New York Times article showing that the federal government has failed to develop a workable entry-exit system to track foreign visitors on temporary visas.
