Over Half of Americans Say Gov't Policy Encourages Illegal Immigration The latest poll from Rasmussen Reports finds that 56 percent of voters say government policy encourages illegal immigration. Voters say that employers who hire illegal immigrants need to be penalized, and they support enforcement efforts like those by Sheriff Joe Arpaio. |
