Dallas Terror Plan: Police Stop Didn't Catch Illegal Alien Plotter Hosam Maher Husein Smadi, who allegedly planned a terrorist bombing attack in Dallas, was stopped by police for speeding - but since police in Ellis County don't check immigration status during traffic stops, they never found out he had overstayed his visa and was in the country illegally. |
