MALDEF Says Partial Amnesty Better Than None Thomas Saenz, president of MALDEF (Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund) says if Congress can't work on a total amnesty bill it should pass amnesty piecemeal. Saenz says ICE should be "fixed" just like the LAPD was to make it more friendly toward immigrants. |
