Utah Senator Wants Census to Collect Information on Illegal Immigrants Sen. Bob Bennett (R-UT) wants the Census Bureau to collect information on people in the country illegally, so that they don't skew the apportionment process. "It does not make any sense for congressional seats and the Electoral College to be determined by a process that unfairly provides the advantage to those communities with high illegal populations," Bennett said. |
