LA Police Move Against Hispanic Street Gang Terrorizing Black Community Police staged a massive anti-gang arrest operation targeting the Avenues (Avenidas) street gang in Los Angeles. "Members of the largely Hispanic gang would also spray paint racist threats around neighborhoods to intimidate black people, according to prosecutors," the New York Times reported. |
