Is ICE Trying To Steer Police Away From 287(g)? Davis County, Utah, deputies have been denied enrollment in the 287(g) program. The denial comes after a year of waiting from the initial application. "They didn't give us a reason for the denial, but we're thinking it's money," said a spokesman for Davis County. |
