Illegal Immigrants to be Allowed Admission to N.C. Community Colleges Illegal immigrants will be allowed to attend North Carolina community colleges under a policy change likely to be approved by the State Board of Community Colleges. "It's hard for me to understand how the state of North Carolina can educate people when they can't work legally in the state after they're educated," said Governor Bev Perdue. |
