USA Today Editors: It's Time for A True Entry/Exit Tracking System USA Today notes that even today, years after 9/11, there is no effective entry/exit tracking system to prevent visa overstays. The lack of such a system "serves as a kind of advertisement to people the world over that if they can just get into the country they can stay as long as they want, outside the law, without much hassle." |
