Jeb Bush's CFR Report in Favor of Mass Amnesty The Council on Foreign Relations is touting its new report calling for "legalization" of the 12+ million illegal immigrants currently in the U.S. The Council says that "no enforcement effort will succeed properly unless the legal channels for coming to the United States can be made to work better," and calls for expanded legal immigration. |
