Immigration Attorney Disbarred for Lying About Client Jose Expedito Garcia was disbarred in Maryland for "egregiously poor judgment", in the words of a decision by the Virginia Court of Appeals. Garcia lied about a clients work history in the Philippines. Garcia claimed in his defense he was only lying to help his client and not to benefit himself, reasoning the court termed "fatuous." |
