FAIR Action Alert - California Ready to Enact Illegal Alien Friendly Bill With a $26 billion budget deficit and an unemployment rate closing in on 12%, California state legislators and Governor Schwarzenegger were forced earlier this summer to cut $15 billion in spending and services in order to enact the state's budget. However, this hasn't stopped the State Senate from passing a bill that will allow illegal aliens to remain employed in California and will do nothing to stem the tide of illegal immigration into the state.
