New Indictment in H-1B Fraud Case Visions System Group Inc. faces new federal charges alleging the company abused the H-1B visa system. The indictment charges that the company filed for the workers in Iowa, which has a lower prevailing wage, but actually used them in New Jersey, which has a much higher wage. |
