Immigrant Groups Want the Whole Enchilada Again, Demand End to 287(g) More than 500 immigrant groups demanded the DHS cease the 287(g) program that provides assistance to local governments in getting illegal alien criminals deported. This is despite the essential gutting of the 287(g) program by DHS - a recent move by the Obama administration means every illegal alien gets one free "serious" crime before they can be deported. |
