Napolitano Says "Comprehensive" Amnesty Bill A Priority


In a meeting with the Dallas Morning News editors, DHS secretary Napolitano said a "comprehensive" immigration bill (read: amnesty) remains a priority for the administration. Napolitano said that the bill should contain more penalties for employers who hire illegal aliens, along with a new guest-worker program and expanded green cards for foreign students.
