Green Card Waits Prompt Suit Some immigrants whose minor children are no longer eligible for sponsorship for green cards have filed suit, seeking to overturn a DHS rule. The legal immigrants in question have received their green cards, but their minor children have 'aged out', and must now apply for green cards on their own. |
