Repatriation Flights Resume to Mexico The DHS has resumed repatriation flights to Mexico's interior to discourage illegal immigration. The flights, which occur during the worst of the summer heat along the southwest border, are intended to discourage people from trying to re-enter the U.S. illegally. |
