USCIS Making Surprise Visits to H-1B Employers EWeek says that Citizenship and Immigration Services is making surprise visits to employers of H-1B visa holders. The on-site visits are intended to audit the application data and make sure that no fraud or abuse are occurring. The visits come after a report last year found that one-fifth of all H-1B visas issued involved some form of violation or fraud. |
