9th Circuit Lets Suit Over Detention of Illegal Immigrants Proceed The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a lawsuit by illegal aliens challenging their detention can go forward. The ACLU sponsored suit is over the amount of time detainees can be held before deportation. |
