ICE Abandons Deportation Quotas ICE Undersecretary John Morton said he would end the agency's goals for deportations of 'absconders' - illegal immigrants who had fled deportation orders. Morton said the agency would focus on absconders with other criminal violations in the U.S. first, and put a lower priority on those who only had immigration violations. |
