Editor's Note on Comments

The Stein Report editorial staff would like to address the concerns of its bloggers and commenters that comments and blog entries seem to disappear or be erased. While we do apply a certain degree of editorial control over the content that is submitted the vast majority of entries are approved, and when approved they remain in the appropriate posted page.

In order to view your comments please keep in mind that you need to review the comments in the dedicated, individual archive page of the story that the comment was posted on. From now on, the daily archive pages will have the comment areas removed - the comments area on those pages was set incorrectly and this led people to believe their comments had disappeared. We've changed the daily pages (linked on the right side of the home page) to preserve the flow of the entries for that day, since discussions can be lengthy, and added a link by each entry to the individual page where comments can be read and posted.
