Dan Stein: Illegal immigrants are costing Pennsylvania about $728 million a year In a recent interview with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, FAIR president Dan Stein emphasized the cost that illegal immigration imposes on the state of Pennsylvania, and commented that immigration and the health care debate are fusing to make this issue white hot. Mr. Stein also mentioned that costs could go even higher under the Obama administration's massive health care overhaul, as the plan contains loopholes that will allow illegal immigrants to receive taxpayer-funded benefits.
