Mass Amnesty This Year? According to news released by Roll Call this afternoon, Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) maintained that Congress will tackle comprehensive immigration reform (basically mass amnesty for the over 12 million illegal aliens in the U.S.) this Congress, and perhaps even this year.
