This has nothing to do with the neeed for more civil rights or diversity; we're already the most diverse ethnic group nation on earth, albeit a little more civil rights for the African American and high percentage other legal citizen poor ethnic groups (Caucasion too) in America would add gasoline enriched fire against Obama's elitist motives. The idea of having automobile insurance is so white America and who needs those stinkin seat belts- those 12 beers make you feel no pain when your head goes through the windshield, and hell, that family that you hit head on while going 110 miles per hour while driving on the wrong side of the road is dead anyway- so what good did the seat belts that they were wearing do them anyway. I agree with all of her points and consider Obama's obfuscation despicable. Despite her tougher stance on illegal immigration, Senator Clinton does far better than Obama with Latinos. If her campaign blog is any indication, she's also faring well with Lou Dobbs Democrats, demonstrating that statesmanship and resolution of this crisis is more than possible with the right leadership because it affects everyone of all ethnic groups. She's also poised to win the popular vote nationwide, so the MSM-adored Obama will have a tough battle ahead if he plans to hoodwink the entire nation into accepting his racially cynical immigration policy. Go to the State of California Secretary of State website and you can register on-line and when you do that you are saying to yourself that you are a citizen - there is NOTHING to verify that citizenship. This is another shining example of why we need to show a valid photographic ID when we go to vote. Problem is; no more and more people are signing up for permanent absentee (vote by mail) status so they don't have to show an ID once they are registered. In Louisiana this has been the law and a requirement for years. No state I.D., state driver's license, passport, or military I.D., NO VOTE! All of these require a birth certificate to obtain. The problem is when persons come from other sanctuary styled states and we are to honor their driver's licenses. I hope we have the common sense to force these people coming from other states to produce a birth certificate and social security number with their out-of-state licenses to prove who they are. Otherwise it's a disservice to Louisianans and unfair to us as well. I don't worry about Barack Obama or the other 2 clowns. I've stated before that I'm voting with the Constitution Party. There has to be some serious laws that would protect the taxpayers from being ripped off by people who use loopholes to gain legal residency like anchor babies. American's need to be protected from immigrants who would end up causing trouble, or costing us more than we would be willing to spend for their presence in the U.S. I wish that we Americans would get over the guilt that has been inflicted on us making us feel that we owe the rest of the world everything and that we should deny our traditions, language, and culture for the benefit of immigrants who may be offended by them. This position of Sen. Obama contrasts with Sen. Clinton’s position. After she sided with New York governor Spitzer in his decision to allow driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants, she reversed course and opposed that policy after Spitzer announced that he had backed off that decision.
