Maryland Legislature Stalled on Immigration Reform Measures

"With only days left in the 2008 legislature, the General Assembly has made little progress addressing immigration, and some lawmakers would like to keep it that way [. . .] bills targeting what legislators say is an influx of illegal immigrants have persisted into the late days of the session. It is too bad that the regular citizens of Maryland are allowing these beurocrats to set them up for disaster. Please study the once great State of California, if you need guidance.

We the General Assembly of Merry land, just find it so hard to give up all of the illegality and crime and wage depression, etc. Afterall, who will iron and wash our argyle sweaters and socks, who will clean up after us, and take care of the village".

What a pathetic group of Americans.

I hope we can get all the illegal aliens in Texas to move to Maryland. The illegals can eat blue crabs in Baltimore while the citizens of Maryland provide free educations, free health care, free food stamps, etc. What a deal!
