Duncan Hunter: Follow the Law, Build the Fence As Mandated
"Our nation's greatest and most obvious vulnerability remains our porous
and unprotected southern land border. Yet every day, unknown numbers of human and drug smugglers, criminals and potential terrorists continue to illegally enter the United States through our border with Mexico. The exposure of our southern border demands that we take immediate action to implement the most effective enforcement mechanisms available. And while technology and manpower are an important part of this effort, the best and most effective method of preventing illegal foot and vehicle traffic from entering the United States is border security fencing," says Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA). "It has been more than a year since the enactment of the Secure Fence Act, and the smuggling corridors along our southern land border remain open. The American people want our borders secured, yet the Department of Homeland Security, even when presented with a mandate from Congress to get the job done, has done little of what is actually required to achieve an enforceable border."

AND FAR WORSE YET: ILLEGAL ALIEN AMERICAN ORGANISED CRIME EMPLOYERS RUN FREE TO CONTINUE TO SMIRK AT AMERICA'S IMMIGRATION LAWS
I came up with an incredibly original idea for a new television series: Law & Order Political Intent. In the first episode, politicians leave the border open for twenty years after they commit themselves to regulating it. They do so for a variety of political and personal reasons, but the result is the largest abuse of power in recent history. Nobody "calls" them on it because so many of them are involved and this abuse is done for "correct" reasons. It sounds like a fantastic episode except for one reason.....there is never any law and order.
I knew from day one the fence act was all a lie, by Boosh and his stooges... It was a ploy to try and get amnesty passed, and went that went down in flames, he has no intention of building the fence, or at least prolonging the building of it, for as long as they can, so more illegals can break in, to please their corporate masters.
Just read a new Pew study. Given current immigration patterns, the Hispanic population in the US is expected to triple by 2050. Tht total US population is supposed to explode from 300M today to 480M by 2050. Is that what we really want?
FOLLOW THE LAW deport ALL illegals
No, No , sorry Duncan, the Bush Administration and their enablers the Democratic Party don't want to follow the law.
I will again suggest that we need to built a series of security "enclosures" along the border. A fenced-in area about 200 yards wide, north and south, and each one, maybe 5 miles long. A patrol road would be south of the Homeland Security Enclosures. The area would be posted in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Arabic. No entry to anyone...FELONY to enter. Anybody caught within the fence will be assumed to be there to destroy security assets, such as camera towers, lighting, or sensor beds and would face a felony imprisonment of a year, to several years when combined with vandalism of the facilities. We need to make it a big deal to be in that area. People threatening the arresting officers will be taken in with
aimed, drawn weapons, when conditions merit that
approach. Once you are out of that zone the present
"candy ass", politically correct procedures would still
pertain. This is an essential change. Damn, the situation is screwed up!!!! BOOSH should be deported or jailed for his abuse of office! Shame!
Forget the FELONY charges. [FAIR edit]
