DHS Ill-Equipped to Handle Amnesty
"As the nation debates whether, and how, to 
legalize as many as 12 million illegal immigrants living here, the agency that would spearhead the effort is confronting its reputation as a broken bureaucracy whose inefficiency encourages more illegal immigration and paradoxical disincentives to change," the Washington Post reports. "As backlogs and deficits grew, the agency ratcheted up charges to cover its budget. The longer applicants waited, the more they paid. 'We were really operating a Ponzi scheme,' said [one official], who retired last year after 31 years at the agency. 'The money that current applicants were paying, we were using to adjudicate older cases.'"

Sometimes I wonder if even the choice of the name Department of Homeland Security was a cruel joke.
The only people who are secure under its aegis are invaders living in sanctuary cities and the traitors who fight to secure imaginary rights for people who do not belong to us and who are determined to reduce our homeland to a smouldering heap of rubble.
It is a very telling sign which I hope history records in bold relief, that the Komisar of Homeland Security doesnt even have spine enough to refer to alien invaders as alien invaders.
Implicitly, any of us who dare use our 1st Ammendment right to speak out about it are demonized as being "racists", and must fear our own government jailing us for printing our opinions on brave sites such as this.

They can't handle a 1000th of this idiotic massive amnesty Bill administration, even if they tried.

If the bill passes, the DHS would literally have to track tens of millions of aliens (under the Z visa program) as well as hundreds of thousands of additional foreigners annually under the Y visa program.
Currently the DHS says it cannot determine how many H-1B visa holders have overstayed their visas. In addition, the Department of Labor says it doesn’t know how many H-1B workers are in the country. This is unacceptable because many of the foreigners who enter via H-1B are working in positions which provide them with access to sensitive technology and business information.
How can the Federal Government perform background checks and track the whereabouts of the millions of aliens who will enter the country (under the proposed visa programs) when they can’t (or won’t) effectively track the foreign workers who enter under existing visa programs?
No one believes DHS will handle an amnesty effectively. It will be a joke. For decades now, no one in government has been able to control illegals. Now we are supposed to believe that, suddenly, they'll be able to track millions of people, whose whereabouts they didn't know before, and make them pay fines and learn English. Sorry, but no one is buying that.

Michael Chertoff and his cronies at the Department of Homeland In-Security could not find their asses with both hands let alone track down illegal immigrants, terrorists or those OTM's who wish to do us harm.
Before you begin to bail the water out of the boat you need to plug the hole - not make it larger! Completely close the borders for whatever length of time it takes to insure the American Public (those who pay their salaries) that the nation is secure before opening our borders again.
