Judge Denies Bond for Border Agents "A federal appeals court judge yesterday denied a motion by former U.S. Comments
Shame upon shame upon shame. Impeach Bush, fire and jail Sutton, and start fighting (legally, not violently) to take America back from the traitors in charge. Posted by: (the other) AmericanMe on February 23, 2007 02:47 PM THEY'RE SACRIFICIAL LAMBS FOR THE BRAINLESS AMNESTY NUTS It reminds me of when Martha Steward went to jail for Insider Trading. Don't just about all CEOs use some degree of Insider Trading knowledge for their stock investments? These two brave Border Guards are being made EXAMPLES by the Brainless Amnesty Elite. They're telling our Homeland Insecurity Department to DO NOTHING or face a firing squad. More Overpopulation in America is their GOAL. Posted by: Softwarengineer on February 23, 2007 03:01 PM Am I the only one finding it strange that it was a Hispanic judge who denied them a bond release? Did he pull the case into his court or was it random? They need to get the judge to remove himself as he could be clearly bias against the border patrol agents. Brian Posted by: Brian on February 23, 2007 03:09 PM TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE!... TRAITOR BOOSH, A.G. RECONQUISTA GONZALES, CHERTOFF, SUTTON, THEY`RE THE ONES WHO SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL FOR TREASON! Posted by: American Me on February 23, 2007 03:16 PM I am absolutely sick that, with all the controversy, the evidence tampering, the "misstatements", lies these men have not even been given the opportunity to get a new trial. They are indeed the sacrificial lambs, but if the feds get away w/ this, no one is safe... Posted by: takn on February 23, 2007 03:48 PM No Democrats, other than half hearted efforts by Feinstein, have cared about the two agents and even worse the true meaning of their incarceration . It is nothing less than government corruption and chicanery at the highest levels. Conclusion: the democrats do not care about the war on drugs, the children it affects ,or even if we sink into the depths of a dictatorship. Period. Tancred-Hunter, -2008- Posted by: Bobby on February 23, 2007 04:41 PM Forget bond, the judge should have declared a mistrial. This has gotten to be ridiculous. Our legal system is as broke as our political system. we need to start over. Things sure are not working the way that they are. Posted by: Beckyal on February 23, 2007 04:49 PM Brian, No it is strange and I don't believe in coincidences. I wonder just how far the reaches of the mexican drug cartels go when it comes to padding the coffers of other hispanics, who might think they are not making enough pesos in the US. I guess it just shows the better approach would have been to shoot the drug dealer a little higher up and keep quiet about it. I am sickened by what is happening to these two men and to the violence our Border Patrol is expected to endure with no support or salvation from DC politicians, who are so busy wording cowardly "thoughts" about our military. They are too busy trying to manipulate getting re-elected to do their jobs. We need to do a massive House and Senate cleaning in the next elections. It is all quite disgusting and cowardly. Posted by: jaded on February 23, 2007 07:23 PM This entire case is a travesty of justice, from beginning to end. Now to add insult to injury, a Hispanic judge hears this appeal and votes it down. Posted by: Critter on February 26, 2007 07:40 AM Has anyone heard about this? Let Freedom Ring, March on Washington DC? I think it's going to take a million citizen march to get DC to wake up... http://www.lframerica.com/march2.html I love the "traitor johns"... http://www.lframerica.com/buckforluck.html Posted by: takn on February 26, 2007 10:56 AM To Brian and Jaded...it's no coincidence that this is a Mexican judge! I just wonder who got to him first...Bush or the drug cartel or is he just a card carrying member of La Raza? To American Me...AMEN! Bush, Chertoff, Gonzales ALL traitors...EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM! As I've said before, Bush is in bed with Mexico (and Canada) and is going to ram the North American Union down our throats...no matter what! PRESIDENT Bush? DICTATOR Bush is more like it! Posted by: Suzan on February 26, 2007 12:38 PM Of course he's going to deny their bond. They want to keep in down and hope everone will slowly forget about it. Everyone involved from the drug smuggler all the way up to the president (including Johnny Sutton) will lose big time. There is alot of major backstabbing going on here and the 2 agents have had their shares of way to many knives being slung at them from the white house.
