Police Let Illegal Alien Drunk Driver Go Who Killed Marine Home on Holiday Leave
"The man accused of killing a Marine in a drunken driving accident on 
Thanksgiving was charged with drunken driving earlier this year, but the case was dropped because Howard County police did not collect enough evidence, prosecutors said yesterday. Prosecutors also said a police blunder allowed the man, Eduardo Raul Morales-Soriano, 25, of Laurel, to keep his driver's license after the Feb. 5 incident, although it should have been suspended immediately after he refused to take a breath test," the Washington Post reports. "Morales-Soriano was charged last week in the deaths of Marine Cpl. Brian Mathews, a 21-year-old Columbia native who spent eight months in Iraq, and Mathews's date, Jennifer Bower, 24, of Montgomery Village. Police said Morales-Soriano's blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit when he slammed into the back of the car carrying the couple. Morales-Soriano's February charge was first reported yesterday in the Baltimore Sun."

If I, a legal citizen whose ancestors have been in America since 1665, was to commit a DUI in February of this year, I would have lost my license or at least had my license suspended.
I cannot for the life of me figure out why and how illegal immigrants get away with committing crimes. A young boy here in Georgia was playing outside of his dad’s apartment building when a car drove by. He yelled to them that their tire was low. A man gets out of the car with a hatchet and kills this boy by hitting him in the head with the hatchet. He was of course an illegal immigrant. The police arrived and he was shot to death for resisting arrest.
Someone wants these illegal immigrants here real bad, enough to put American lives at risk.
What a sick miscarriage of justice! Living and working here illegally, Mr. Morales-Soriano is allowed to go free. If he skipped town by now, and won't be available for his deportation hearing. Even if he is deported, he has a better than average chance of sneaking back in. Thank-you government idiots. It's good to know you have the best interests of Americans at heart!
Just remember for every drunk illegal alien there are at least 1,000 drunk AMERICANS and if you add the crazys the illegals are looking pretty d@mm good to me. For the most part illegals are here to work and thats it they do not cause problems for any Americans. Only the low life Americans are worried about theer jobs and they should be. Why i'll tell you why because illegals are smarter and work harder and the honest ones will soon get the amnesty they deserve. It's things like this that upset me when it comes to illegal aliens in our mist. Illegal aliens are responsible for more deaths since 9/11 in America than 9/11 and Iraq combined. It would be nice if the American media would quit being the Governments lap dog and report on things like this.

A short time ago I received a ticket from a sheriff because of a relatively small driving error. It cost me $150.00. I tried to fight it in front of a judge who must have been 90yrs old and he just igrnored my arguements, but said he would allow me an extension with a 10% fee for late payment. At the other side of the building about 100 hispanics were being explained to by a taxpayer paid interpreter, that they would have to pay, $75.00 for driving without a license. You see this goes on everyday in California, but, not to worry--it's coming to your town,wherever you live, soon. Enjoy. Especially all of the lawless people who post here.

When I asked him what happened to "justice" he actually told me that there was none in his courtroom if we got caught by a camera - the facts be damn!!
Oh yes - there were absolutely NO HISPANICS in the Courtroom - as they never show up for a mere camera ticket. Come to think of it, they never show up for tickets issued by real cops either. It's the same old routine - we pay and they play.

I think a neighbor's car would really help me "have a better life," so why not "just" go take it?
I "want" a "better life" than one living in a nation that tolerates this sort of festering crime wave from every nation who can't fix it's own problems and urges it's citizens to sneak and lie and cheat their way into the U.S.
There's nothing "truthful" about dishonesty. A person who will lie and cheat on one issue -- particularly as to immigration, citizenship, residency and even identity (they all seem to go together in one large cheat, however, for most who are involved in any of those) -- cannot be relied upon to NOT cheat and lie about everything else.
People rob banks and steal wallets and break into houses of others and forge checks and steal property and whatever else, "just" because they "want a better life."
It's the mantra of every criminal who can explain their criminal actiions later, that they "wanted" something and so they "just" took it.
It'll never make it ethical, good, acceptable behavior and the only thing the U.S. has accomplished by allowing illegal immigration to continue is to advance the destruction of our overall society to the point that a person advocating illegal immigration can dare to describe it as "just" "honest" by way of dishonesty.
Absurd. Truly, pitifully, absurd. Worse, the rest of us have to bear the liabilities of that type of miscast, miscarried nonsense.
We have enough of our own home-grown irresponsible and reckless drivers, but we don't need one more illegal alien terrorizing our roads and highways and killing innnocent people. EVERY CRIME COMMITTED BY AN ILLEGAL ALIEN IS PREVENTABLE IF THEY SIMPLY WERE NOT HERE.
These cases are happening far too often and they are only making things worse for the pro-illegal alien, pro-open borders, crowd. It keeps getting harder for them to "spin" the facts about these tragedies. Every law enforcement department should get the 287(g) ICE training and use it. Had that been the case the first time this guy was caught, he would've been sitting in jail awaiting deportation proceedings...and these two young Americans would be making plans to spend Christmas with their families.

I have a friend who was hit two different times by drunk, unlicensed and uninsured mexicans, and I`m sure illegal. My friend showed up for the court dates, and the mexicans didn`t, what a shocker. This stuff goes on everyday, and nothing really happens to them, it`s a digrace. The tide is turning, and Americans are getting more fed up everyday. Then the DUI legal process begins, figure about $15K in legal costs, etc, before its over and that's the first offense. It would take about a year or two to clear your name too.
