The recent Supreme Court case on causation which we were concerned about (Anza v. Ideal Steel) has been held not to bar this case for wage depression. This is a fantastic opinion - a huge victory in our efforts to get justice against employers of illegal immigrants. Many more RICO cases are now in the works," says attorney Howard Foster, who is currently working on RICO litigation against the Mohawk Carpet company, among others.
