The Mexican consulate is investigating our immigration agents for arresting illegal aliens in northern Kentucky," writes Michelle Malkin. She also notes a case in Chicago where a judge has told a business to stop asking its employees to verify their immigration status. "It's a little odd to hear a judge ordering someone not to comply with immigration law, but I understand why the judge might conclude this is intended to intimidate the class," said one immigration attorney of the case.
