I wonder if there was a moment when he thought, as a good Catholic boy, that it was the wrath of God for killing Mary Jo and for coming up with so much legislation his entire career that did nothing but increase illegal immigration, though he promised it wouldn't. I wonder if McCain is watching his back, as one never knows where the next lightning bolt is going to strike. She brought up the most important issues (including the lousy Senate bill) and wasn't too impressed with the measly 6,000 road-building, infrastructure raising, finger-pointing troops that Bush wants to send.
