Everytime an illegal commits a crime where I live, I send letters to those who are to represent my state in DC. The President also gets a copy and I mention I am searching for the "good people who are just trying to feed their families." Illegals just don't come into the country and that is the end of their illegal behavior--it occurs daily and is a part of their decision making process. The rest of us should not have to live with their choices because they are wrong, unethical and immoral. I have every right to state that to anyone because this is my country. However, the fact does remain that IF this individual had not been allowed to enter illegally and IF he had been apprehended as an illegal due to our government having been more vigilant, these individuals who were so mercilessly slaughtered would still be alive. The illegality in this matter only comes into play when we remember that they were not supposed to be here in the first place and that greater enforcement of our immigration laws would have prevented the crime from ever occurring at all.
