Your Tax Dollars At Work: Pro-Illegal Alien Monument in California Park

"A group fighting illegal immigration is demanding a Southern California city remove statements from a 12-year-old outdoor monument at a rail station because they espouse an 'anti-American message,'" WorldNetDaily writes. "The monument, Danzas Indigenas (Indigenous Dance) , is located at the Baldwin Park Commuter Rail Station . . . Built in 1993, it includes an inscription of the following quote by Gloria Anzaldua: 'This land was Mexican once, was Indian always and is, And will be again.' 'This divisive monument is funded by our tax dollars and we will not tolerate its anti-American message,' said Joseph Turner, executive director of SaveOurState.org. 'This is not art. This is not freedom of expression. This is government-sanctioned sedition. This is our land. This is our fight.'"

Hey Ralph, look at the article below on the illegal that brutally murdered a cop. Why don't you go explain to that faimily why allowing illegals to be here is best for Americans? I am sure they will agree with you. Another American citizen sacrificed on the alter of ignorance!

If it will stop the illegal scumbags from slithering into this couintry I say GIVE them the territory that they want. The Americans who want to can move to the rest of the USA and then we can put up an electrified, razor wire wall to keep the illegals out! Works for ME.

Hey weary American, I don't know what your thinking but its foolish.
You mimick the words of a traitor. "Theres nothing we can do, just let them have what they want"!? You don't sound like an American to me, no one gives up there home but a fool!

To Tired Citizen:
The fact that one or many illegal immigrants committed murders does not render everyone with brown skin a murderer.

Actually, Macman, I think if illegals were given the territory they wanted, they would mess that up, too. Hence, they would be forced to walk even farther through the deserts ill-prepared for life as grown ups. What I don't understand is how illegals don't want to fight for changes in their own country? If they were really hard workers and good people just trying to feed their families, wouldn't they want to do that first and foremost in their own countries? Empower themselves and their countrymen. We could give them the whole United States of America, and the only thing that would happen is they would be trying to figure out how to get into Canada illegally. I don't think you can have generations upon generations of people living in corrupt Third World countries without having the corruption become a part of who each individual is. I see all those who come into this country as being severely personality disordered as they are certainly proving their point that their world needs to be all about them and their needs and how that's met doesn't matter. Just so they're met. US citizens need to hold their ground and show their righteous anger towards those who support this type of criminal activity. Everytime an illegal commits a crime where I live, I send letters to those who are to represent my state in DC. The President also gets a copy and I mention I am searching for the "good people who are just trying to feed their families." Illegals just don't come into the country and that is the end of their illegal behavior--it occurs daily and is a part of their decision making process. The rest of us should not have to live with their choices because they are wrong, unethical and immoral. I have every right to state that to anyone because this is my country. They will never take my country. That is not acceptable on any level. Strength and Honor, Americans.

In response to Ralph's comment:

I appreciate Ralph's determination NOT to paint an entire group of people as violent murderers for one person's act and it is good to remind ourselves NOT to do this. However, the fact does remain that IF this individual had not been allowed to enter illegally and IF he had been apprehended as an illegal due to our government having been more vigilant, these individuals who were so mercilessly slaughtered would still be alive. The illegality in this matter only comes into play when we remember that they were not supposed to be here in the first place and that greater enforcement of our immigration laws would have prevented the crime from ever occurring at all.

Ralph, and who said "everyone with brown skin"? The racism thing will not work with me. I am not a racist, I am a patriot. Do you seriously beleive that there are ONLY hispanic illegals here (that is the way you sound, once agin highlighting your own bigotry toward US citizens). If so, you are sadly mistaken, There are now thousands of other nationalites including those from rogue middlr eastern countries that have nothing but ill will toward the US. Open your eyes Ralph and quit playing the ridiculous racism card.

By the way, I want you to look into the eyes of that poor persons children and tell them their father was sacrificed for your RIDICUlOUS beliefs (you heartless bast*rd). Finally, I am not condeming a race but law breakers (illegal aliens, illegal is the opposite of legal in case they did not teach you that in Mexico). Is that too complicated for you to understand?
