TX ATTORNEY GENERAL ASKS STATE TO SEIZE IMMIGRATION COUNSELING SERVICE


"The Texas Attorney General Office has asked a judge to seize the immigration counseling service of a suspended Dallas Roman Catholic priest," the AP reports. "Attorney General Greg Abbott said Tuesday that Casita Maria has violated a deal that allowed it to stay open after a state investigation this summer."
