INS AGENTS STATIONED AT AMSTERDAM AIRPORT


“The United States and the Netherlands agreed Thursday to station U.S. immigration agents at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport in a bid to improve trans-Atlantic security on passenger flights,” the AP reported. “The two agents will scan passenger lists of flights leaving Schiphol for the United States and advise airlines and Dutch border police on potential security risks, though they won't have any power to make arrests themselves.”
